Take responsibility for all aspects of planning, monitoring and
supervision of Company development programs, Development projects,
meetings, and trainings.
Create along path development program for every engineer (Job Title)
in the Company.
Review the Company Competency Matrix and Gap analysis, perform yearly
update, and insure the professional implementation.
Develop a talent Programs for all Company Engineers, and Specialists
using the latest international programs and resources.
Develop training materials, procedures and other documentations
required for the development programs. Review and improve company
various development programs.
Respond to potential inquiries with appropriate information on
coordination activities.
Participate on company meetings to impart Section Head TQM & IDP
of training issues.
Attend integration meetings to discuss and evaluate recommendation
Participation on safety programs and adherence to safety regulations
impose by Safety Department or Safety committees
High Level of Educational Degree (Master or PHD)
Not Less than 10 years Experience in Management Field
Capabilities to Build Companys Competency Matrixes with link of
international standards.
Capabilities to deliver Professional Management Workshops for Company
Management in various Management subjects.
Ability to study/evaluate and provide suggestions and recommendations
in various areas on the companys Management and Engineering Fields.
Ability to review and improve Companys Engineering Development
Programs.
Ability to provide case studies, surveys, benchmarking for all
development areas in the company.
Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner,
demonstrate Procedures and responds to business inquiries.
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
Interested to provide improvement to the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good Punctuality. |
