He would be responsible for shopfloor process controls, production
throughput & quality, shift manpower and machine planning,
deployment of workmen, implementation of ISO Quality & EMS systems,
Implementing initiatives on Workplace Safety & waste management,
OAE, Six Sigma, TPM, Lean, etc

Profile:
Candidates with an
experience of 3 to 8 years in Paint and Coating Industry or similar
field can apply; Knowledge of EMS (Environmental and Waste Management
), ISO 14001, ISO 9001, Work Place Safety etc would be an added
advantage. Experience in using advanced Manufacturing tools as Six
Sigma, TPM, Lean, etc would be given preference.
