Job Detail: Duties: • Responsible for managing and driving partner recruiting, enablement and management strategy within assigned territory with limited direction • Continually grow the database of prospective partners in assigned territory • Continually increase the pipeline of prospective partner candidates • Able to navigate through the partner's organization and leverage internal and external resources to achieve sales objectives • Facilitate and promote account mappings between partners and direct sales to drive strategic revenue goals • Drive partner awareness and participation with direct sales • Develop strong relationships with and assist inside sales resources to maximize productivity of territory • Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels within partner organizations • Develop and maintain channel partner metrics and provide reporting/analytics to management • Proactively utilize internal and partner resources to achieve quarterly and annual goals • Work closely with partner marketing resources to coordinate their participation and activity in partner account plans and field marketing activities • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company • Learn and understand company’s products, competitors and positioning within industries • Maintain and update the CRM system for all activities

Profile: Education & Experience: • Bachelors degree • 7 years relevant experience • Excellent communication skills, focusing on listening and verbal persuasion • Minimum 2 years experience in channel sales/partner management preferred • Similar software industry experience preferred Unique abilities and skills: • Build solid, team-oriented relationships with virtual internal team • Manage group of virtual resources as an extended team • Build and maintain trusting relationships with associates and partners • Adjust to new, different, or changing requirements • Listen with objectivity and validate understanding, both internally and externally • Persist despite obstacles and opposition or set backs • Competitive, high achiever • Hold self accountable for results • Convey a sense of urgency and drive issues to closure
