Duties:
Responsible for managing and driving partner recruiting, enablement
and management strategy within assigned territory with limited
direction
Continually grow the database of prospective partners in assigned
territory
Continually increase the pipeline of prospective partner candidates
Able to navigate through the partner's organization and leverage
internal and external resources to achieve sales objectives
Facilitate and promote account mappings between partners and direct
sales to drive strategic revenue goals
Drive partner awareness and participation with direct sales
Develop strong relationships with and assist inside sales resources
to maximize productivity of territory
Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels within
partner organizations
Develop and maintain channel partner metrics and provide
reporting/analytics to management
Proactively utilize internal and partner resources to achieve
quarterly and annual goals
Work closely with partner marketing resources to coordinate their
participation and activity in partner account plans and field marketing
activities
Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive
posture of the company Learn and understand companys products,
competitors and positioning within industries Maintain and update the
CRM system for all activities
Profile:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree
7 years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills, focusing on listening and verbal persuasion
Minimum 2 years experience in channel sales/partner management preferred
Similar software industry experience preferred
