Experience : 10+years Education : BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ B.Sc/ M.Sc
Skills Required:
· Exposure to IBM zSeries systems and CICS/Cobol environment
· Experience on J2EE environments
· Experience on IBM Websphere Application Server and DB2 on System z
· Familiarity with IBM EGL, Rational Business Developer will be an
asset
Job Description: · Undertaking business analysis with sound
understanding of business processes, having ability to translate
business processes and strategy into IT Design using best practices. ·
Undertaking analysis of current applications and developing roadmaps to
improve the application design, functionality and user interface, i.e
modernization of the current applications, and ensuring new
applications are designed using modern approach
· Undertaking the exercise to drive the organization’s applications
towards a service oriented architecture (SOA)
· Undertaking analysis of current applications products and determining
approaches which will improve their user interface, performance and
integrity · Analyzing problems in application development and guiding
the rectification of faults in programs · Analyzing software
requirements and defining program parameters and specifications ·
Leading team members and third parties in the organization in the
integration of technological methodologies and components of projects ·
Ensuring and being accountable for the technical integrity of the
design in accordance with the organization’s requirements · Ensuring
that programs meet user requirements by testing and monitoring initial
field use and problems · Guiding the preparation of systems manuals and
operation guides · Improving the interface between systems users, the
operating system and applications software · Conducting user
requirements analysis to match customer needs to company functions and
services · Assisting the Technical Architecture in the overall systems
design
· Contributing to technical and quality standards
