Job Title Key Account Executive Reporting to Sales Manager Job purpose
To support the growth of Al Rostamani Travel & Holidays (ART)
through visits to corporate clients, govt. depts. and other
institutions. The sales executive needs to constantly search for new
business opportunities and offer all services where suitable. To
support & implement effective marketing and distribution activities
of GSA and MICE services as well as the leisure products. Maintain
relationships with key clients on all levels and identify new potential
clients. Monitor account performance Negotiate corporate agreements
with and on behalf of the clients Location UAE Job Responsibilities •
Maintain the existing clients by regular visits and updates
• Identify new business opportunities and accounts
• Constantly gathering new market intelligence and trends
• Maintain regular contact with all airline managers / staff
• Submit sales reports on a weekly basis
• Monitor account performance and implement new strategies to maximize
profitability
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend actions.
• Implement credit policy in line with audit requirements
• Follow-up outstanding payments from corporate accounts
• Communicate regularly with all team centers, outlets and management
• Customer complaint handling
• Respond to RFP’s
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management form time to time
