Providing direct and First level support to the clients.
Managing Hardware and connectivity Problems.
To provide support to HP network systems in respect to fixed line access using the HP Procure Switches & Access Points.
Responsible for back up activities of the network server ensuring safety of data in the event of network problems.
Optimize system performance and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as & when required.
Organizing and imparting training to the end users.
Assist users to diagnose and resolve data communication problems.
Set up user accounts, regulating and monitoring file access to ensure confidentiality and proper use.
Maintenance of the peripherals, such as printers and up gradation of equipments such as user PC, printers, telephones etc.
Involved in Requirement Analysis, Designing Solution, Mapping Network, Installation of hardware and software.
Managing Print Servers and Network Printers
Develop and write procedures for roll out, installation and usage.
Overseeing the performance of various software packages encompassing
different functions of business like sales, inventory, back office,
property management etc.
