Candidates must have a B.E. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with
relevant training programs, and understanding of refinery plant
operations and maintenance. Minimum 8 yrs exp. in Refineries in plant
engineering, design, project management and maintenance planning with
substantial exposure to operational and technical activities. Able to
participate in service development project teams to assess each
potential service offering, obtain and analyze data.Develop
comprehensive implementation plans for each viable service covering
re-sourcing, training, facility requirements, etc. Ability to establish
and maintain working relationship with Services Development department
in other geographical areas to share learning and information about
service opportunities and development status.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 8 years’ experience in plant
engineering, design and project management, preferably in an Oil/Gas
Refinery Industry including working with computer based engineering
development systems.
