Position: After Sales Manager (heavy vechile)
Qualification: BE or MBA (Preferred)
Yrs Of Exp: 10+ Yrs Key Responsibilities • Responsible for overall
after sales activities
• A dynamic & result oriented professional with more than Ten years
of experience in after sales service & support and customer
support, service operation implementation related to automobile sector.
• Adroit at Receiving Customer vehicle, opening repair order preparing
estimation and finally conducting the fault diagnosis with latest
diagnostic equipments.
• Proficient in leading a team of technicians on all technical matter
to analyze product performance and provide technical feedback with
value addition to the principals and interfacing with the parts
department for effective inventory management to the cut down vehicle
breakdown time.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Abilities in training, team building and driving executives.
Client Servicing / After Sales • Directing the team in ensuring
customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent turn around time (TAT)
for delivery & service quality norms.
Providing assistance in after sales issues where troubleshooting is
required.
Customer complaint resolved in 24 hours
Healthy relationship with customers, management , company personnel,
staff as well as Insurance staff & surveyors.
Assist in technical problem solving.
Repair technique, maintenance of automobiles.
